Why should I detox?
Our bodies have a complex, finely tuned design. They are not designed to digest multiple synthetic toxins. Any prolonged stress on our bodies balance (homeostasis) can be addressed by detoxification by breaking down these toxins and helping you return to a healthy state. Detoxification enhances the immune system and restores health. This process includes supporting our bodies organs of elimination, such as the liver and gallbladder, kidneys, gastrointestinal tract, and the skin and lymphatic system.

Everyone! From infants to centenarians, we all absorb toxins from everyday living which can then break down the body’s natural functions.
What are the benefits of detox?
By participating in detoxifying your body, you are helping prevent and correct any disease processes, making you ultimately healthy, not just symptom -free.
What can I expect when I am detoxing?
While you are cleansing and becoming healthier, you may experience headaches, nausea, lack of appetite, changes in stool, body odor changes, or lack of energy. These symptoms are generally short-lived and mild as your body if getting rid of toxins.
How do emotions/stress affect you?
Your mind and body are integrally connected. Stress and negative thoughts create toxic chemicals in the body, producing unhealthy physical symptoms.
